We have been going for 8 years.
We have a 1 hour walk every Thursday starting at 1.45pm
We have a 2 hour walk on a Sunday starting at 9am. On a Sunday we go mostly out of the area.

It is a low impact exercise that reduces stress on the joints by 30%
It improves posture - it's sociable - and it's a safe outdoor exencise.
A FOUR WEEK COURSE OF LESSONS COSTS ONLY £20
Once you have completed training, we hqve a Nordic Wolking Club and several walks per week in and around Chalfont St.Giles. (Cost per walk £2 includes a donation to charity)
